The Gala TPU lab is part of a support package to which Gala’s turn-key TPU process customers will have access. In addition to having the ability to demonstrate the reaction TPU process to our customers, the Gala TPU lab offers the customer product sample runs, formulation evaluation, and hands-on training. Another part of this support package is the technical expertise we offer our customers regarding consultation and engineering assistance on processing upstream of the feed system and downstream of the tempered water system. Some examples of this consultation assistance include reactor screw profiles, formulations, and equipment specifications. By offering this type of support, we can help ensure our customers produce the highest quality product.

Our TPU staff has decades of combined experience in TPU and PU processing, pelletization, plant management and design, and reaction processing.
