Large Tempered Water Systems (TWS) Gala process water systems are manufactured to the individual customer's requirements for large PP, PE, PS, ABS, PUR and PVC production lines. The Gala process water systems can be designed for production rates to 60,000 kg/h at water rates up to 550 m?/h. The process water system comprises the following main components: Water tank with heater By-pass system for the pellet-water-mixture Centrifugal dryer Agglomerate catcher Heat exchanger Process water pump Exhaust fan. Optional Components: Fines removal sieve Pellet diverter valve The process water heated by the product flow and separated in the upstream centrifugal dryer remains in the closed loop and is collected in a water tank. A downstream heat exchanger ensures a constant temperature of the process water. Subsequently the water flow is filtered and recycled to the cutting chamber of the pelletizer. The process water system can be installed on stands, skids, or distributed on several floors, depending on the circumstances at the installation. • Process Water Systems • Crystallization/Cooling Systems |
