Water Filtration Options

Such filtration is important for the operation of the pelletizing system in order to separate preferably all fines generated during the cutting stage or during the drying stage out of the process water flow.

 

 

 

 

 

Clean process water is the key to eliminate any contamination of processed materials as well as machine components. Thus it is ensured, that the pellets can be packed in most cases dust free. As a standard the IS (Integrated Sieve) solution, a static water filtration, is installed into all process water tanks. The Gala water filtration solutions are known for functionality and offer a high degree of process stability. This is especially resulted by the fact, that the complete water flow is filtered.
